What Happens After You Sign Up
No paperwork to chase and no long phone calls. Here is exactly what happens, step by step, from the moment you fill in the form.
Only one step is actually yours
Changing or starting with a plan manager sounds like it should be complicated. It is not. You fill in one form, and we do the rest of the setup for you.
The only thing you need to do after that is tap approve when our request appears in your my NDIS portal. That is the whole job.
Your funding does not change, your supports do not stop, and there is no cost to you at any point.
Step by step
Takes a few minutes
You fill in the sign up form
Our online form asks for your details, your NDIS number, and your plan dates. You can do it on your phone. If you have a copy of your plan handy you can attach it, but you do not have to.
As soon as you submit it, you get a welcome email from us with our welcome pack and a copy of the service agreement you have accepted, so you have everything in writing.
We do this, not you
We send the request to the NDIS
We submit the request to the NDIA digitally on our side. You do not need to fill in a form, write a letter, or work out what to ask for.
Once we have sent it, the request appears in your my NDIS portal waiting for you.
The only step that is yours
You approve it in your portal
Log in to your my NDIS participant portal and you will see our request sitting there. Approve it, and you are done. It takes a couple of taps.
If you would rather not use the portal, you can call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and tell them you want Dedicated Plan Management as your plan manager. Our registration number is 4050163721.
Not sure where to look? Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
We take it from here
We get set up and get to work
Once you have approved the request, we can see your plan and your budgets. Your own plan manager will be in touch to introduce themselves, and from that point your providers can send their invoices straight to us.
You get access to see your budget online whenever you want, so you always know where you stand.
Then it is business as usual
Your providers get paid
Providers send invoices to us. We check every one against your plan, your budget and NDIS pricing before it is paid, so nothing goes out that should not.
You can see your budget any time
Log in whenever you like to see what has been spent and what is left, across every part of your plan.
You have one person, not a queue
You get your own plan manager who knows you and your plan. When you call or email, you are speaking to the same person, not a call centre.
We tell you before there is a problem
If a budget is running low, or a funding period is about to end, we let you know early rather than after something has been knocked back.
What to have handy before you start
None of this is essential, but having it nearby makes the form quicker:
- Your NDIS number
- Your plan start and review dates, if you know them
- A copy of your plan, if you have one saved
- Your my NDIS portal login, for the approval step
If you do not have some of these, sign up anyway and we will sort it out with you.
