Calls with Your Interpreter

If you’d like to speak with us by phone or video call, we’re happy to take a call through your choice of interpreter. Interpreters are booked by you (the participant), and we’ll work with your preferred setup to keep things easy.

Whether it’s an Auslan interpreter on a video call or a relay service, we’ll adapt to whatever works best for you. We’re patient, flexible, and experienced in working with interpreters to make sure communication is clear for everyone.

Common Questions

Do I need to make phone calls to use your service?
No. Everything can be handled via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. If you do want a call, we’re happy to work with your interpreter or through the National Relay Service. But phone calls are never required.
Does plan management cost me anything?
No. Plan management is funded through a separate line item in your NDIS plan. It does not reduce any of your other funding for supports, therapy, or equipment.
Can I use Deaf-specific service providers?
Yes. With plan management, you can use both registered and unregistered providers. This gives you access to specialist Deaf services, Auslan-fluent therapists, and Deaf community organisations — even if they’re not NDIS-registered.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up using our online form, or email us at hello@mydpm.com.au. Let us know your preferred communication method and we’ll set everything up to suit you. The switch to a new plan manager is simple and we handle the paperwork.
What if I already have a plan manager?
You can switch plan managers at any time — it’s your choice. We’ll handle the transition for you, including notifying your current plan manager. There’s no lock-in period and no fees to change.
